Abstract	The article investigates the problem of the application of criminal-law measures against legal entities for the activities of terrorist organizations. Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and to the Law of Ukraine “On Combating Terrorism” were proposed. Recommendations to practical workers regarding the adoption of procedural decisions in the implementation of criminal measures against legal entities.
